We noticed that when those two are different it seems like the server's not receiving any orders, the orders however could be found on other dates (orders for september, 1 were found on january 9)! In case you get an 'incomplete file' when downloading which after running the setup file gives a 'not a valid win32 application', as a workaround you might try to go to 'tools -internet options - delete - temporary internet files' and try to download the file again!
Remember to always turn off the powersave function of your PDA, in most cases powersave will disble your wireless connection resulting in an error when activating the PDA...
Note: if you have problems downloading or running the downloaded files please try to delete your temporary internet files (Tools - Internet Options - Delete).
