When you run the DigiWaiter server you receive the following error:

Application generated an exception that could not be handled

Cause:

Previous installations of the DigiWaiter Server didn't include the Crystal Reports files.

Or

Previous installations of the DigiWaiter Server didn't include mdac 2.6

Solution:

Uninstall your previous version of the DigiWaiter Server and download a new installation package at: http://www.dolesoft.com/downloads/DigiWaiterServerSetup.exe

Or (not tested)

Download and install mdac 2.7:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9ad000f2-cae7-493d-b0f3-ae36c570ade8&DisplayLang=en

and download (Crystal Reports):

http://www.dolesoft.com/downloads/keycodeV2.dll

Place this file in your digiwaiter folder (c:\program files\dolesoft\digiwaiter server) and register it: Choose 'Start' - 'Run'  and type Regsvr32  "C:\Program Files\Dolesoft\DigiWaiterServer\keycodev2.dll" 'OK'
