Live in 5 minutes

  1. Download, install and run the DigiWaiter Server
     (choose unblock if requested by Windows Firewall).
  2. Write down the IP address of the pc running the server
    (Choose Start-Run-CMD -> OK and type IPCONFIG -> Enter in the DOS box)
  3. Download, install and run the Desktop Client on another PC and goto Tools - Options

  4. Click the Connect icon to connect to the server.

 

Please note: the DigiWaiter Server and Desktop
Client require the Microsoft .NET 2.0
Framework
The PDA version requires the Microsoft
.NET 2.0 Compact Framework

Can't connect PDA by hostname PDF Print E-mail

Sometimes people have problems connecting to the server (pc where the Digiwaiter server runs) by hostname.

We are currently trying to create an options which makes it possible to enter the IP address of the server as well as the hostname, the PDA client should try both.
