The DigiWaiter Suite consists of 3 products:

1. The DigiWaiter Server
2. The DigiWaiter Desktopclient
3. The DigiWaiter PDA client

Please register (right side of the web page) first to download all DigiWaiter software,  Dolesoft will not use your email address for any purpose other than to send you the registration confirmation link!

A basic installation consists of the DigiWaiter Server in combination with a Desktopclient or PDA client.

The DigiWaiter Server and the DigiWaiter Desktop client require the Microsoft .NET 2.0 framework on your computer, The DigiWaiter PDA client requires the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Compact Framework on your PDA:

Main screen:

All order lines send by the clients are received by the server.

• You can tell ‘in a flash’ which lines are ready and which closed.
• On the right side of the screen you can tell which employees are logged on.
  
• Change the appearance of the program by changing the name / pictures.
• Browse your ‘order history’ by date.
  

Settings screen:

• The menu's 'Fresh' 24 hours a day, something's 'out of stock' just uncheck it and it can't be ordered.
• Catch of the day just arrived? Name it, price it, add it!
• Got an 'Irish day'? Add an extra category, add some items to it and uncheck the categories you don't want to see!

• Pick your orders 'by category'
• Click what you've picked, choose update and the items picked will disappear and new items will be added automatically.

• The 'chat' option comes in handy on many occasions

• Change the invoice text, company name, images, etc, etc
• Make it mandatory to have all order lines picked before printing an invoice (if you deselect this option you can always print a table and close it regardless of a 'complete pick'

The client has 3 parts:

• The menu
• Outstanding orders
• Chat screen (to communicate with the server / kitchen)

If you want to add a note just press and hold your stylus on the item description! 

Finished? Just click the ‘print’ button and within 2 seconds there’s an invoice on the printer.
All data is controlled by the server:

• The menu (something’s out of stock, deselect the item on the server and it won’t be visible on the client anymore).
• Quantities you can pick, employees, etc, etc

This screen's identical to the DW PDA screen, it's easy to use and 'fool proof'

You can even pick your orders with this client, choose the category and check the 'picked' items, clicking the Update button will make sure everything is syncronized with the server!
