We're sorry you're having that much trouble to get it running. We are trying to improve all parts of The DigiWaiter project every day, sometimes we 'overlook' things and we realize the help files and support could be a lot better.

•  Is your WIFI enabled on your PDA and do you have the right WEP or WPA key installed.
• If you go to 'start - settings - connections -Wlan utility' does it show that your pda got an IP address in your LAN range. E.g. if your pc on which the DW server runs has ip 192.168.1.100 (you can check this by going to 'start - run - (type in) cmd (and press enter)' now you're in a DOS prompt (type in ipconfig / all) and press enter, it'll show you the pc's IP address.
• Furthermore the default port DigiWaiter uses is 10200 could it be a firewall is blocking the traffic? And (as I just did wrong) I had the wrong server name on the settings tabpage of the DW PDA client, here you should put the name your computer / DW server has (ipconfig / all)
