We developed a Visual Studio windows forms usercontrol which allows you to drag and drop files and / or e-mails on.
You can easily specify the foldername from the calling application and every file or e-mail dropped on the control will create a file in the designated folder!

• Drag and Drop files or e-mails to 'bind' them to a record, folder, case, etc
• Right click on the file in an explorer like window to open, rename or delete it or use the buttons in the toolbar
• Add files from your windows explorer

How to use the control?

- Drag and drop the Drop2FileControl.dll on the Visual Studio Toolbox

put the exptreelib.dll in the same folder (bin\debug / bin\relase / application)

In the calling application / code set the properties like path:

Drop2FileControl1.FileData.Path = Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.MyDocuments) & "\" & "SampleApp" & "\" & _counter.ToString
Drop2FileControl1.FileData.RecId = _counter.ToString
Drop2FileControl1.FileData.SearchPath = "c:\temp"
Drop2FileControl1.RefreshDir()
